So … we've saved the best for last. With the final installment of our Webinar Traffic Miracle Video Series. Because you're going to discover 3 additional ultra-hot avenues for your webinar videos. That can rack up big time views for your old slide decks. And big time traffic for your web site.
Using sites you may not have even considered:
FIRST … while its no longer a best kept secret, you probably never even considered posting your videos to this site. But ignoring it may be costing you dearly.
SECOND … is a true sleeper site … that has gotten my slide decks (and those of my clients) more views than just about any other outlet:
- More than articles
- More than Facebook
- More than Twitter
In many cases … even more than YouTube!
And its done it on autopilot. Without complex SEO. Without driving me nuts with social media submissions. In fact … without even emailing your list.
.
.
If you bypass any of these, you miss some of the most powerful places to rack up more followers, subscribers and customers from your slide decks.
A few crucial tips:
- To get the best results from the final site in the video, be sure you save your actual slides (not the video version we created in Webinar Traffic Miracle Part One) as a PDF. It preserves the exact look of your slides. And only takes seconds.
- You can do this easily in Keynote (Mac) by simply exporting your deck as a PDF. Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 also allows you to save your slide decks as PDFs.
- If you don't have access to the 2nd site in this video, you will need an invite. If you'd like one, just leave me a note in the comments below the video letting me know. And I will do my best to get back to you within 24 hours.
- IMPORTANT: Do NOT leave your email address in the body of the comment itself. But in the email field that is provided when you post your comment. (No one but me sees the email you leave in the email field).
With all the focus on how content can boost your traffic and profits (it can!), the powerful avenue of repurposing your webinar slides – or even slides decks you create from scratch – has been completely ignored! But don't let that fool you. Its totally viable. And totally effective.

Great series Rob…I have two questions if you don't mind:
What are you using to create your screencasts? (I'm on a PC and know of a couple no cost tools like Jing & CamStudio plus Camtasia for a fee-based tool)
Would you you share the reason behind pinning from YouTube instead of your blog (I ask because I'm currently learning about Pinterest and the training I took suggested using the blog as the starting point). Again, great job! To a day igKnighted with passionately powerful possibilities.

P.S. is there a way to see your responses without coming back to the blog?
Hi Mama Red:
Glad you enjoyed all 3 Webinar Traffic Miracle installments! Here are answers to your questions:
1) I am on a Mac so I use ScreenFlow from Telestream.net. When I do this on a PC I use Camtasia.
2) Two reasons I pinned from YouTube: One I wanted to give folks a very simple Pinterest option. (You would be surprised how many folks have never embeded a video in anything). There is still a really high fear factor around video.
Second (to be honest) the first few times I tried it, the embedded video thumbnail was not showing up in my Pin Window. Only the graphics on the page were showing up. When I went back an tried to Pin today, the video thumbnail did show up.
So thanks for pointing that out — while its simpler to Pin from YouTube, if you are up to embedding the YouTube video on your blog first, its preferable to Pin from your blog.
3) I don't know if there is any automatic way to inform people when their comment is responded to. If one of the blogging mavens out there knows, would be super to post your comment with that tip here on this page.
Rob,
You've done it again!
Thanks for such clear and valuable information. I've only recently become aware that I could pin video on Pinterest, and now I know how to do it. Also, thanks for clarifying that I need to convert my slides to pdf before uploading them to slideshare.net.
In deep appreciation.
Thank you Flora. Yep, embedded YouTube videos are pinable. How cool is that? And yes, Slideshare is really a very cool site to keep in your back pocket. Not alot of folks know about it. But easy … and effective!
Hi Rob. Love the concept of the short videos. Would you be so kind as to send me video two in your series?
I am also a Professor teaching online and the neat thing is, I see your concepts to be so powerful is in the lessons I can produce for my students who are in the Armed Forces stationed around the world – with very little bandwith to download and view videos from their smartphones or the Internet cafe's they use on base or in towns and villages with limited Internet.
Thanks, Brad
Hi Brad:

Hi Rob…thanks for the reply! I sure appreciate it. Your reasoning for pinning from YouTube makes sense…and I appreciate the explanation.
Yesterday I was reading a post on Tim Ferriss' favorite WordPress plugins. In the comments was a WordPress plugin for the kind of automated "reply to" for comments. It is called "ReplyMe" and I haven't used it at all…and the banner at the top of the plugin page indicates it hasn't been updated in the last couple of years so I have no idea if it is a good bet or not. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/replyme/
Makes me wonder if there is another option….hummmmmmmmmmm… Anyhoo…many blessings and may your day be igKnighted with passionately powerful possibilities!
